This tutorial will only work on Chromebooks with an Intel or AMD CPU (with Linux Apps Support) and not those with an ARM64 architecture CPU.

Please take note that not all Windows applications work with wine. But many do.
Commands Used:
1) sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
2) wget -nc https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/winehq.key && sudo apt-key add winehq.key
3) echo "deb https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/debian/ bookworm main" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/wine_chrome_os_made_simple.list
4) sudo apt update
5) sudo apt install --install-recommends winehq-stable nemo
6) winecfg
7) ln -s /home/$USER/.wine/drive_c /home/$USER/wine
