One of the issues new Linux users experience is that when typing your password nothing seems to be happening and it can lead to confusion. In this video, I show how to enable a feature so that Asterisks will be shown when typing your password inside a terminal. Enjoy!
sudo gedit /etc/sudoers
find the following line
Defaults env_reset
and add
,pwfeedback
