How to easily install additional drivers in Ubuntu 16.04

Today we are looking at how to enable and install additional drivers in Ubuntu 16.04 and Ubuntu 18.04.  This is one of my first videos I ever made and I still had a lot to learn,  So in this blog, I will speak about what I have done in this video, and I will give you additional links to install the latest Nvidia, Mesa, and Vulkan on Ubuntu 16.04.

In this video, we look at a powerful tool that Ubuntu has, which will search for available drivers for your system and if it finds anything, sometimes it does not, and then you can enable it as you see in the video and just reboot your system.  Enjoy!

Please find Links and commands below on how to add PPAs for the other drives you might require.

Messa PPA:
Your system does come with a version of Mesa but to get a newer version of Mesa you can add the following PPA to it, and when there is a newer version available for your version of Ubuntu, then you will receive it via the System Updates.

Commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/updates
sudo apt update
sudo apt dist-upgrade

Nvidia and Vulkan:
A person adds the following PPA and then enable it, with the method as shown in the video.

Commands Used:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa
sudo apt update
sudo apt dist-upgrade

About PPA:
