Today, on the 28th of March 2019, Kubuntu 19.04 Beta is out and Kubuntu comes with KDE Plasma 5.15.3,  KDE Apps 18.12.3 and Linux Kernel 5.  This release of Kubuntu is just a wonderful stable release of Kubuntu with the pureness of Plasma and Ubuntu coming together and working perfectly together.  It uses about 400 MB of Ram when idling.  Enjoy!
