Today we are looking at Lubuntu 19.04 Beta, it comes with Linux Kernel 5 and LXQt 0.14.1.  As this is only their second release with LXQt as the default desktop environment, a person can see that it is in a good developing phase, getting ready for the next LTS release, using only about 300 MB of Ram makes it a very light but modern Ubuntu-based distro.  Enjoy!
