Today we are looking at how to install Steam on Debian 10. It is quite a simple process, we open up a terminal and log in as root (first command). The next command will install snapd as I am installing Steam as a snap created by the Solus OS team, the next two commands will install Steam and a simple settings app for Steam. After that, we open up Steam, unfortunately, with this Snap it does not show the Steam icon, but you can add it manually if you really would like too and then it will start to run updates. You might run into an error, as I had in the video, but I show in the videos how to fix it by going to the Steam settings and turn off native runtime and then everything will run smoothly! Enjoy!
