This tutorial will only work on Chromebooks with an Intel or AMD CPU (with Linux Apps Support) and not those with an ARM64 architecture CPU.
Please take note that with the release of Chrome OS 90, the location of Linux Apps has been changed in the Chromebook’s settings. Have a look at this tutorial, to see how to turn on Linux apps and then continue with the installation tutorial.
Commands Used:
1) sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list sources.list

9) ./thinkorswim_installer.sh
10) sudo apt install menulibre

have to reinstall TOS every time as the launcher does not work. Not been able to find a workaround. Several persons have reported the identical problem but no solutions. (by the way, instructions upto the point of installation were excellent)
