Commands Used:
1) sudo apt update
2) wget https://download.jetbrains.com/webstorm/WebStorm-2021.1.1.tar.gz
3) tar -xf WebStorm-2021.1.1.tar.gz
4) sudo apt install menulibre
5) menulibre
